What age groups do you cater to in your Jiu Jitsu program?
Our program is designed for all ages, divided into three main groups: kids (ages 4-7), teenagers (ages 8-17), and adults (18 and above). Each group has classes tailored to their specific developmental and skill levels.
Do beginners need any prior martial arts experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary! Our program is perfect for beginners. We start with the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu, ensuring a solid foundation for everyone, regardless of their background.
What are the safety measures in place during training sessions?
Safety is our top priority. All classes are supervised by experienced instructors, and we use mats and protective gear to ensure a safe training environment. We also emphasize proper techniques and partner etiquette to prevent injuries.
How often are classes held, and what is the duration of each class?
Classes are held multiple times a week, with each session lasting approximately one hour. We have flexible scheduling, including morning, evening, and weekend options to accommodate different lifestyles.
What equipment or gear is required to start training?
To start your Jiu Jitsu journey, you’ll primarily need a Gi, which is the traditional training uniform. The good news is that a high-quality Gi is included with your enrollment fee, ensuring you have everything you need from day one. Additionally, we recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel for your comfort during training. Any other specific gear, such as protective mouthguards, can be purchased optionally as you progress in your training. Our focus is on making your start in Jiu Jitsu as smooth and convenient as possible.
